Our Process

Explore the detailed stages of our bra production craftsmanship.

1. Model & Pattern Preparation

  • The designer creates the technical drawing of the model.
  • The pattern maker prepares the patterns for each part: cup, wing, band, strap, center gore, etc.
  • A sample pattern is produced and sent to cutting for the first prototype.

2. Fabric and Accessory Selection

  • Main fabric (microfiber, cotton, lace, spacer)
  • Foam or molded cup
  • Elastic band and strap elastic
  • Hook-and-eye closure
  • Underwire (if required)
  • Lace, mesh, or overlay fabric

3. Fabric Spreading and Cutting

  • Fabric layers are spread on long cutting tables.
  • Patterns are placed on the spread.
  • A marker (pastal) is prepared to minimize waste.
  • Cutting is done with CNC automatic cutting machines or manual blades/press.
  • Cut parts are bundled and sent to the sewing line.

4. Cup Production (Foam Forming)

A) Foam Thermoforming

  • Foam is cut into blocks.
  • Placed into heated cup molds.
  • Heat and pressure form the cup shape.
  • Edges are trimmed and symmetry is checked.

B) Fabric-Laminated Cup

  • Fabric is laminated onto the foam cup.
  • Edges are pressed cleanly.
  • After production, cups undergo pair symmetry control.

5. Pre-Assembly (Pre-Sewing)

  • Channeling tape is sewn onto the bottom of the cups.
  • Wing pieces are joined.
  • The center gore is prepared.
  • Straps are pre-sewn and elastics attached.

6. Main Sewing Line

  1. Cups are joined with the center gore.
  2. Cups are attached to the wings.
  3. Underwires are inserted into the channels (if the model has wires).
  4. Bottom elastic is sewn.
  5. Upper edge binding is applied.
  6. Straps are attached to the body.
  7. The hook-and-eye closure is sewn onto the back.
  • This stage generally includes 15–25 operations.

7. Accessory Assembly

  • Rings and sliders for strap adjustment are attached.
  • Decorative accessories (bow, charm, etc.) are added.
  • Wire tips are capped with protective tape.

8. Pressing & Shaping

  • Cup and body seams are smoothed.
  • Steam ironing and mini-pressing are applied to shape the bra.
  • Cup symmetry is checked again.

9. Quality Control (QC)

  • Symmetry
  • Wire misplacement
  • Cup dents or lines
  • Stitch defects
  • Stains, loose threads
  • Strap length equality
  • Shape issues
  • Defective pieces are separated and sent for correction.

10. Measurement & Fit Control

  • Measurements are checked according to the size chart.
  • Cup volume, band length, and strap length are measured.

11. Packaging

  • Care labels and price tags are attached.
  • Bras are folded using shape-preserving methods.
  • Correct quantities are placed into cartons.
  • Model, size, color, and quantity are written on the carton.

12. Shipment

  • Carton barcodes are prepared.
  • Palletization is done.
  • Goods are moved to the warehouse area for loading.
